We installed a Daikin multi-split air conditioning system in a house in New Southgate N11: one Daikin 3MXM52A outdoor unit serving three Daikin Stylish indoor units of 1.5kW, 2.5kW and 3.5kW. Each room has its own temperature control, and the outside of the house carries one unit instead of three.
The system cools in summer and heats in winter. The work covered the refrigerant pipework, condensate drainage, electrics, pressure and vacuum testing, charging and commissioning, and a handover on how to use and look after it.

One outdoor unit, three rooms
Each indoor unit is sized to its own room, from 1.5kW to 3.5kW, and all three run from one 5kW outdoor condenser. Three rooms, one box outside.

On brackets, not the ground
The side return was narrow, so the condenser is wall-mounted on brackets rather than stood on the ground, and the refrigerant lines drop to it in a single trunked run.

Tested before it was charged
Every joint was pressure tested and the system held under vacuum before the refrigerant went in. That is the step that decides whether a system leaks in its third year.
