The short version

This website sets no cookies. Not essential ones, not analytics ones, not advertising ones. There is no cookie banner on this site because there is nothing to consent to.

What that actually means

Most websites in this trade load an analytics script, an advertising pixel, a chat widget and a font service before you have agreed to anything, and each of those receives your IP address the moment the page opens. This site loads none of them.

  • No analytics. We do not measure your visit. We find out the site works because the phone rings.
  • No advertising or remarketing pixels. You will not be followed around the internet by an advert for air conditioning because you read this page.
  • No third party fonts. Both typefaces are served from this domain. A font service would receive your IP address before you had chosen anything.
  • No chat widget, no heatmaps, no session recording.
  • No embedded maps or videos on any page.

What is stored on your device

Nothing that persists. The permission check and the three calculators run entirely inside your browser, and what you type into them is held in memory only for as long as the page is open. Close the tab and it is gone. It is never transmitted to us and never written to storage.

The enquiry form

The form posts to an endpoint on this domain, which composes an email and sends it to our inbox. It is not written to a database and no third party form service sees it. It sets no cookie and it does not identify you beyond what you typed into it.

When you press a WhatsApp or email button

Those buttons compose a message and hand it to your own WhatsApp or mail application. Nothing is sent until you press send there. From that point the message is governed by WhatsApp's or your email provider's terms rather than by this site.

Our hosting provider

This site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes the technical information any web server needs in order to deliver a page, including your IP address, and may retain it briefly for security and abuse prevention. That is how the internet works rather than a choice we are making, and it happens whether or not a cookie exists.

If this ever changes

If we ever add analytics, this page changes first, a consent banner appears, and nothing loads until you choose. We would rather lose the data than take it quietly.
