Samsung's cascade controls stage the two units on and off, share the running hours between them and keep the house warm on one if the other is being serviced. Hot water comes from a 460-litre indirect unvented cylinder with a 28.54kW coil, and a 200-litre buffer tank separates the heat pumps from the heating circuits.
